Examples of projects that have been turned into successful HMO’s
Nodes Drive
The Investor
The Investor for this project had a lump sum to invest following the sale of a business. Having looked at the returns on offer from the banks the decided that property would offer a better return. This was their first investment into property, and they were happy for their money to be tied up medium to long term.
The Property
Nodes drive was an existing HMO in desperate need of an internal face lift. We took vacant possession, and stripped the entire house of left-over furniture, fittings and carpets in half a day.
New lighting and carpet where installed throughout and rooms repainted. To improve the curb appeal and increase the off street parking a new a driveway was put in and a large hedge removed.

Grace Way
The Investor
The Investors for this project had previous experience of investing in Buy to Let properties and wanted to diversify their investments with a hands off vehicle where they could enjoy a healthy interest paid out annually.
The Property
Grace Way was an existing HMO. We decided to retain the existing tenants to ensure cashflow from day one.
A terraced house in need of a cosmetic upgrade. We installed new lighting and new carpets throughout. In the communal areas of the house we installed new wooden flooring and tiles to allow for easier cleaning. The property had an overgrown garden, which we have since cleared to install fake lawn to lower our garden maintenance.
