Who We Are:
LHPS Group is a successful property business owned and managed by Hendre Moolman.
Working in Pharmaceutical Recruitment for many years, Hendre gained invaluable experience in networking with well-educated and high net worth professionals. He is now following his dream of being an entrepreneur and running his own successful business, providing the UK property market with much needed accommodation.
Hendre has many years’ experience in sourcing, analysing and managing HMO properties (Houses in Multiple Occupation). With his ever-expanding property portfolio, he is also able to provide his clients with exciting opportunities to make some stable and sound investments.
Hendre is passionate about what he does and has gained knowledge and understanding of the property market, through extensive researching and rigorous training. This included him successfully completing the well-known Property Mastermind programme with Simon Zutshi. This is a 12-month programme which provided the perfect foundation for setting up his own property investment company. Following this, he met his current and long-term business partner, Robert Staegemann, Director of Tin Properties and, due to their mutual interests, they went on to form a successful partnership. This has resulted in them raising over £300,000 in investor funding and creating a portfolio of nine HMO properties with a tenant count of 56 and growing. All this has been achieved in just 5 years and they know that the best is yet to come.
When Hendre is not busy working in his business, he enjoys relaxing at home with his wife and young children, celebrating business successes with the family.

Our Property Journey
The team at LHPS Group have over 35 years’ combined experience. They are knowledgeable, experienced and approachable, always taking the time to share their expertise with investors. This ensures that their clients are able to make important decisions with ease and confidence. They work closely with both experienced and first-time investors, taking them effortlessly from initial enquiry through to completion. As all investors are different, a personalised approach is always taken and this allows them to identify the most appropriate options for each client.
